Course Description
This series of virtual mediation sessions offers a structured, low-pressure environment to practice mediation in real time.

You’ll participate in a guided, 2-hour simulation alongside a small group, playing the roles of mediator, party, or observer. Each role is intentionally designed to deepen your understanding of the mediation process: from managing the room as a mediator to experiencing the dynamics from the participant perspective.

An experienced coach will provide live feedback during the session, helping you refine your approach, strengthen your communication, and better navigate key moments in the mediation process.

This session is designed for those who have completed a 30- or 40-hour facilitative mediation training and are looking for a practical way to continue building their skills. Whether you’re early in your practice or simply want more reps, the focus is on learning by doing, with thoughtful guidance along the way.

Eligible for CE and CLE credit.

REGISTRATION NOTE: Participants may register for individual sessions or choose the full 3-session series at a discounted rate. Those who register for the full series will also be guaranteed at least one opportunity to serve in the mediator role.
